Welcome to webauthn.io! This site is designed by Duo Labs to test the new W3C Specification Web Authentication. WebAuthn is supported in the Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers to different degrees, but support for credential creation and assertion using a U2F Token, like those provided by Yubico and Feitian, is supported by all of them. The code for this demo can be found here on GitHub. To read more about WebAuthn and what it does, check out webauthn.guide for an introduction.

Matthew Miller is a Tech Lead on the Cisco Secure team helping to build a user-centric Duo Passwordless experience.
In addition to representing Cisco in two WebAuthn Working Groups, and being a founding member of the WebAuthn Adoption Community Group, Matthew created and maintains two WebAuthn libraries including py_webauthn and SimpleWebAuthn.
Nick Steele is a cybersecurity researcher, contributor to the WebAuthn specification. While he's no longer at Duo, he thinks about them every time he gets a push notification.
